I approached Monica at GMT Landscapes a few years ago when I was looking at doing a few renovations in my yard. When I contacted her she was very interested and prompt to coming out to my yard and doing a walk through with me. I shared my ideas with her as to what I was wanting done although I was very open to hearing what she had suggested for my yard. Not only did she help me with what I was interested in doing but as well as suggestions in the years to come. In no time she had her crew come to the house to inspect and give me an estimated time for completion. This was very important to me as there is such a demand for landscaping and companies can be backed up for quite some time. Before I know it I was able to enjoy my yard for the remainder of the summer. Till this day I have called GMT Landscaping on other projects that I have had done. From our first meeting to discuss what we were looking for until the last plant and tree were placed, Geoff and Monica were professional, communicated costs and timeframes, arrived when they said they would and came in slightly under budget. Geoff oversaw every aspect of our project, showing up with his crew bright and early so that he could touch base with us before work began in the yard. Grading, irrigation, sod, lighting – Geoff covered it all.

Monica took the time to shop with us, showing us what was available and what would do well in our yard. On planting day, Monica personally oversaw how everything was placed and planted. She also took the time to review everything in the yard with us so that we could ask questions.
