Below are a few pics from one of our sites this summer in the Creeks. The crushed rock area is a pondless water feature. When it’s running, the stream and boulder placement are designed so that the water rises up just below where those two large slabs of natural rundle stone are placed. At that point the water is about 6″ deep. Essentially you’re stepping over the moving stream and was specifically designed as an interactive water feature for their grandchildren. Once the water passes that larger boulder in the centre of the stream, the water level drops back down to ground level and disappears at the end of the stream into the aqua block system underground. The artificial turf has been installed since this photo was taken. All the plants and speciality lighting are being installed next Spring. That fireplace is over 12,000 lbs. Little Boomer assisted us putting it in place after all the prep work underneath it was completed. While they were craning it over, they had their drone flying above it all taking an aerial shot of the process. Gives an idea of what we’ve been up to this season.
